Palmyra, NJ, April 5, 2022 — PSCO Global Group, a global leader in sign design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance, announces the acquisition of Kieffer & Co., the Sheboygan manufacturing operations to the PSCO family of companies, effective April 5th, 2022. The addition of Kieffer to the PSCO brand broadens its reach with a physical presence in the Midwest and beyond.
Founded in 1965, Kieffer has been a long-time recognized leader in the sign industry. The Sheboygan operation is a full-service manufacturing facility with over 115,000 sq. ft. equipped with tenured designers, consultants, engineers, and remote offices. Known for cutting-edge techniques that incorporate the latest the sign industry offers, this acquisition further supports PSCO’s vision of providing customers with quality signage and branding solutions on a local, national and global scale.
PSCO plans to restructure Kieffer and reestablish the brand under the PSCO umbrella over the next month. “We saw an opportunity to expand the PSCO geographic footprint in the Midwest when the company went into receivership and for sale in early 2022. This will allow Kieffer the needed support to restructure operations and support customers while being part of the global vision of the PSCO family,” states Bob Mehmet, President & CEO of Philadelphia Sign.
Kieffer excels at quality custom fabrication and mass signage production to support regional and national programs in diverse markets, including retail, QSR, financial, corporate, etc. Through this acquisition, they will operate as a sister company, known as PSCO Kieffer, and continue to build upon the long foundation of value engineering quality products and excellent customer service.
