Santander
Boston-based Sovereign Bank, one of the country’s largest regional banks adopted the name of its owner Santander, the banking giant based in Spain. The Santander Group is one of the largest banks in the world. After acquiring Sovereign Bank, the Spanish giant sought to introduce their brand to the U.S. market. Philadelphia Sign was awarded the conversion project and managed the Santander conversion from Sovereign Bank to Santander encompassing 332 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England area. Our world-class project managers were also involved in overseeing all the ATM locations. With minimal disruption to daily operations, PSCO quickly and strategically began the process of retrofitting the Sovereign-branded sites with Santander’s signage such as channel letters, atm surrounds, awnings, fascia signs, soffit bands, window signs, pylon reface, freestanding directionals, door vinyls, drive thru atms, wall plaques, and directories.
