One of the most significant undertakings was the acquisition of the Bank of the West. BMO needed to quickly complete a brand conversion for over 90 branches in just one weekend. This ambitious project presented numerous challenges, including adhering to strict banking regulations and maintaining operational continuity.
Philadelphia Sign rose to the occasion, successfully transforming 96 locations in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming to the BMO brand. The comprehensive rebranding included: exterior channel letters, blade signs, freestanding pylons and monument signs, ATM enclosures, vinyl graphics, directional signage, parking lot signs, and awnings.
The successful implementation of this signage rebrand program marked a significant milestone for BMO. It demonstrated the bank’s commitment to providing a consistent and cohesive customer experience across all locations.
